Un été bien rempli — Merci pour votre présence !

A busy summer — Thank you for being there!

What a beautiful summer! I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the five events that marked my season and to warmly thank everyone who came to meet me.

Apéro-Céramique — May 16, Sissi Buvette, Waterloo

It was in the warm and friendly atmosphere of Sissi Buvette that my exhibition season began, with a solo exhibition that was particularly dear to me.

I presented plates, bowls, cups, jewelry, and small lamps from my Fūdé, Empreintes, Arenas, Yuki, and Les Précieuses collections. Discussing my creative process and inspirations, and seeing some of my creations continue their journey with people who carefully chose them, is always a gratifying and precious moment.

And what a magnificent and inspiring setting!

Thank you to the entire Sissi Buvette team for their hospitality, as well as to everyone who came to discover my work, chat, and celebrate with me this memorable season launch.

Thank you for this wonderful moment of sharing.

Rue Pigalle, an inspiring studio visit — June 13

Some days leave a special mark. The visit organized by Rue Pigalle to my studio last June was one of them.

I am deeply grateful to Isabelle Fisch for choosing me to be part of this cultural journey in Quebec titled: Montreal, a material exploration. Opening the doors of one's studio is always a special moment, an opportunity to share one's passion, creative process, and the stories behind each piece.

I had the chance to meet passionate, curious, and generous women, true "patronesses of the arts." Their questions, their sincere interest, and our discussions about my journey and creative process made this visit a precious moment. Even more touching, some of them chose to welcome my artworks into their daily lives. For an artist or artisan, knowing that a creation will find its place in someone's home, that it will be part of their life and environment, is a source of joy that is difficult to express.

Thank you to each of the participants for their visit, their enthusiasm, and their support for the arts and crafts. Thank you also to Rue Pigalle for creating these wonderful opportunities for connection!

Céramique à Way's Mills — June 19 to 28

My first participation in this magnificent village in the Eastern Townships, where I presented pieces from the Fūdé collection — white porcelain with delicate blue lines and red prints. A warm atmosphere and unforgettable encounters.

Route des Cultures Shefford–Waterloo — June 26 to 29

For the second consecutive year, I had the pleasure of opening my studio as part of this unique artistic and agrifood circuit. For this edition, I invited Anne Sea, an illustrator from Waterloo, to present her magnificent creations at my home. What a superb tandem we made! Welcoming you here, to our ancestral home and my creative space, is always a very powerful moment. Thank you to those who made the detour to location no. 27!

1001 Pots, Val-David — July 15 to August 1

The highlight of the season: my very first participation in this emblematic contemporary ceramics event in Quebec. A significant experience, rich in encounters and emotions. I also exhibited pieces in the Gallery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came to see me in Val-David.

Thank you all for being a part of this summer. Your curiosity, your words, and your support accompany me in the studio every day. More coming very soon… 😊
